Experience

I have over 10 years of experience in marketing and product-led growth roles. I’ve worked in both fast-pace startup environments (Bolt, Modernize), and global corporate settings (PepsiCo).

I am originally from Austin, Texas, but have lived and worked in several countries during my career, including Poland, the U.K., and Germany. I currently split my time between Austin, Texas and Warsaw, Poland. Poland is great, but as a Texan I prefer to avoid the winters here…

I’m currently working with small to medium sized businesses, helping them define and scale their end to end marketing strategies. Primarily (but not limited to):

Bolt

  • Built the Global Growth team from the ground up, for one of the fastest growing tech companies in Europe. Led a strategic shift in focus from growth to profitability, while also launching a new business line (Groceries)

PepsiCo

  • Launched a central analytics team in Warsaw, Poland. Drove the Europe-wide standardization and automation of our reporting, using Tableau and Power BI
  • As part of the Digital Marketing & E-commerce team, piloted and scaled a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) system to streamline our E-commerce and Digital Marketing processes
